Expedition and return

The order procedure will start when we receive your payment. We will contact you when we send the goods to you. Delivery is free from 100€ in the Benelux, France and Germany. 

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have 14 days to send your product back. You will then be credited with the total amount, including shipping. Only the costs for returning home to the webshop are for your own account. If you use your right of withdrawal, the product with all accessories will - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging be returned to the entrepreneur. We will first check if the fixtures haven't been used for once or have been used as demo or exposure as decoration or in photoshoots. To exercise this right, please contact us via [email protected]. We will then refund the order amount within 14 days after registration of your return provided that the product has been received in good order return.
